Congratulations to talented footballer, Bella Maslin (Year 3), who alongside her teammates were victorious in their County Cup Final against Woburn and Wavendon Lionesses.

Representing the U9 City Belles team in Milton Keynes, Bella has been playing in the Beds and Bucks U9 girls league since September.

After some exciting and closely contested matches against some of the more established clubs, the Belles 10-3 in the Cup Final with Bella also being awarded Player of the Match. This tops off a great few months where they have yet to lose a game at all.

Bella said: “I absolutely enjoy being part of a team sports environment, and playing football is teaching me great positioning and game play, which I am sure will be beneficial when learning new sports during my time at BGS.”

A fantastic ambassador and role model, we look forward to following Bella’s football career.
