Many congratulations to our budding mathematicians in Years 3 and 4 who claimed second place in the Harpur Trust Top of the Rocks competition. We are so proud of the girls who further developed their skills of automaticity, speed and accuracy of times tables.

In a closely fought contest, BGS were pipped at the post by Bedford Prep. As active participants in the competition, the girls flexed their times tables muscles and scored thousands of points between them last week.

Top three individual results

In Year 3, Bella Maslin was our top player, achieving 9,031 points, Risheka Sivasenthan scored 5,831 points and Harriet Woolley achieved 3,598 points.
