As Head of Year 3, I have the pleasure of facilitating two wonderful days of activities for two of our feeder schools, Pilgrims and Polam. On Tuesday and Wednesday, our school buzzed with excitement as we welcomed these students for a taste of life at BGS.

The girls participated in a variety of activities, from sports and dance to music and art, all thoughtfully organised by our dedicated departments. It is through this collective effort that these days run so smoothly, providing a rich and varied experience for all. These visits are also a key part of our school calendar, offering an opportunity for some of our current Year 3 girls to reconnect with their former teachers, while new friendships blossomed.

There were many highlights throughout the days: exploring how leaves and humans are connected by their uniqueness, learning the importance of teamwork in games, forming new friendships through dance, and singing our hearts out to the energetic and fun songs about Sally!

These events are more than just a preview of school life—they are a chance for girls to bond, explore, and get excited for the journey ahead. We look forward to welcoming these new students in the future!
