At the end of last term, Year 4 presented a piece of choreography to parents, showcasing Yoga and Tai Chi with pride, confidence and enthusiasm.

Pupils focused on the attention to detail and mindfulness central to these ancient practices, working both with partners and as a group. These ancient practices integrate physical and mental skills, grounding the body, mind, and soul in their purpose and meaning.

In addition to developing listening, interpretive, and expressive abilities to music, our Year 4 pupils experienced a truly enriching dance journey last term!
